Wiggle's a online club made to get you moving more & feeling better!
Led by me - Adam (with occasional guest appearance from Gwen), I wanna show you a different side of fitness; focusing on how you feel, not how you look.
My aim's to get you laughing & having a lil fun while you explore what your body can do, all taken at your pace!
My mission is to show you that exercise can be enjoyable & that it doesn't always have to be a workout - it can just be a lil Wiggle (& prove that a lil movement really can add up to a lot!)

New to Mobility training? Classes are beginner friendly & there's a Start Here section to walk you through!
Don't have much time? There's short Wiggles (<10 mins) & longer Wiggles (>30 mins)
Wiggle is split into 3 main areas:
Library (On-Demand) - Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body & Specialty & TLC Routines, Quickies & Learn More (our lil education station)
Live Sessions - 6+ Live Sessions each Month! The Schedule will Change each month to give a chance for people from all over to Join
Catch up / Replay - Can't make the Live Classes? Don't worry I gotcha! All Live Sessions are recorded so you can catch up whenever works for you
About Me
This is me when I was 10. I'd love to tell you this is when my "love for mobility" burst through my veins and set me on a destined trajectory to get you & me wiggling on the floor (it didn't). I just think my long hair looks funny & how could you not appreciate those luscious locks.
I was always an active kid & bar the odd knock, bump or broken bone I never had any major issues or injuries. I was very lucky.
Fast forward to 18 & things started to go a little downhill...
